2. Services Provided

Fixenix offers repair and maintenance services for mobile phones, computers, laptops, and CCTV systems. Our services include diagnostics, repairs, part replacements, software installation, and system maintenance.

3. Service Process

• Diagnostics: A diagnostic fee may be charged to assess the issue with your device. This fee may be waived if you proceed with the repair.
• Repair Estimates: After diagnostics, we will provide an estimate for the repair. The final cost may vary based on the actual work needed.
• Approval: No repair work will be performed without your approval. Once you approve, the repair will commence.
• Turnaround Time: Repair times may vary depending on the complexity of the issue and parts availability. We will provide an estimated completion time when the service is initiated.

4. Warranties

• Repair Warranty: We offer a [90 days] warranty on repairs and parts replaced by Fixenix. This warranty does not cover issues unrelated to the repair or caused by external factors such as physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized tampering.
• No Fix, No Fee: If we are unable to repair your device, no repair fee will be charged, but diagnostic fees may still apply.

5. Liability

• Data Loss: While we take all necessary precautions, Fixenix is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process. It is advised to back up your data before handing over your device.
• Damage: Fixenix is not liable for any damage caused to your device during the repair process that was not due to our negligence. Any pre-existing conditions will be documented before service begins.

6. Parts and Replacements

• Original Parts: Whenever possible, we use original manufacturer parts. In cases where original parts are not available, we will inform you and seek your approval before using alternative components.
• Part Availability: The availability of parts may affect repair times. We will notify you if there is a delay due to parts procurement.

7. Payments

• Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments.
• Estimates: Estimates provided are subject to change based on the actual work required. Any additional costs will be communicated and require your approval.

8. Cancellations

• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your service request before the repair begins. If the repair has already started, you may be charged for the work completed up to the point of cancellation.
• Refunds: Refunds are processed based on the specific circumstances of the service provided. Diagnostic fees are non-refundable.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use your personal information only to provide and improve our services. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of West Bengal, India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Siliguri, West Bengal.
