2. Service Description & Estimates
Fixenix provides device repair, diagnostic, and technical support services. Initial diagnostics are provided free of charge. Final repair costs are determined based on diagnostic findings and may vary from initial estimates. We will obtain your approval for any authorized repairs before commencing work.
3. Payment Terms
- Full Payment: Full payment is required at the time of device pickup for all repair services.

4. Device Abandonment Policy
After notification of repair completion or diagnostic conclusion:
- 45 Days: Device will be legally deemed abandoned.
- 90 Days: Ownership of abandoned device transfers to Fixenix. Device may be disposed of or recycled.
Important: By submitting your device, you agree to this abandonment policy. Fixenix shall not be liable for any abandoned device.

- Firmware Updates: Firmware updates or restores may be required as part of repairs, which may result in data loss.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fixenix shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of data or information during the repair process.
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Any issues arising from the use of third-party parts.
- Any claims regarding device functionality after repair not expressly covered by warranty.
